Package: dictionaries-common
Version: 1.5.11ubuntu1
Severity: minor

There’s no hint I can find in the docs whether the reason you don’t
compile for emacs-snapshot is because it doesn’t work, or it’s not
needed, or simply because the install script is out of date.

One or two other packages (e.g. gforth) which don’t byte-compile for
emacs-snapshot in fact work fine, so if there’s a good reason why
you’re not doing this, then documenting it would be nice; otherwise,
please do byte-compile for emacs-snapshot so that its users can also
have the benefit of Debian integration!
