Hello all,

first off: thanks to all of you of the dev team for the continued engaged work with debian.

I reproduced the described erronous behaviour with one pdf file with xpdf 3.02-12. Other packgs I had installed are xpdf-reader (3.02-12), and all of those which aptitude (0.4.11.11) suggested to install to satisfy deps. Among them there was poppler-data there as well. As I'm building this system for a friend who is to get it by tomorrow I don't have so much time to test various packg configs. I simly decided to downgrade xpdf and xpdf-reader to 3.02-1.4+lenny3. And this works now, just as Adrian reported.

Hope this helps a bit. If in need, I would try to reconstruct packg versions at the time the mentioned bug occured.

Regards
Thomas
