Package: apticron
Version: 1.1.42
Severity: normal

Hi,

on one of my boxen, I get a very inconsistent upgrade report:

$ dpkg -l cups cups-bsd cups-client cups-driver-gutenprint
Desired=Unknown/Install/Remove/Purge/Hold

||/ Name                           Version                        Description

description available)
rc  cups-driver-gutenprint         5.2.6-1                        printer
drivers for CUPS

The corresponding upgrade report looks like this:

apticron report [Mon, 28 Feb 2011 14:27:13 +0100]
========================================================================

apticron has detected that some packages need upgrading on:

        debian.oeko.net
        [ 10.0.1.1 ]

The following packages are currently pending an upgrade:

        cups 1.4.4-7
        cups-bsd 1.4.4-7
        cups-client 1.4.4-7
        cups-driver-gutenprint 5.2.6-1

========================================================================

Package Details:

Usage: apt-listchanges [options] {--apt | filename.deb ...}

If I then say "aptitude safe-upgrade", these packages are not
mentioned to be upgraded.

Kind regards,
