Package: acpi-support Version: 0.138-8 Severity: normal --- Please enter the report below this line. --- I have Asus G1S notebook. On my notebook present touchpad, touchpad on/off button and touchpad led. When I press touchpad on/off button my touchpad work but led not work.
ls -al /sys/class/leds/asus::touchpad/brightness

/sys/class/leds/asus::touchpad/brightness
This command make led enabled but only run from root:
echo 1 > /sys/class/leds/asus::touchpad/brightness
I think /etc/acpi/asus-touchpad.sh have not rights for enable/disable
this led. It need to be fixed.
