I bet that nobody will want to access wims at http://localhost:4913 and be crazy enough to send an e-mail to wims@localhost:4913 to complain. As end users access wims at http://<some public web domain>/wims, they will write e-mails to wims@<some public web domain> So I suggest to close this bugreport now, unless you raise some particular inconvenience of the current feature.
