Hi, I have kbabel 4:3.4.2-1 and kdelibs4c2 4:3.4.2-3 installed together quite happily.
> libgamin0 conflicts libfam0, and here you have the problem. But libgamin0 also provides libfam0, which means the kdelibs4c2 dependency is satisfied.
