If GHC 6.4.1 is released before 6.4 goes into testing I'll ask the
release team what they want me to do.
Reaching "that point" isn't just a matter of the remaining ghc6 uploads
incidentally; it also requires builds of libraries like missingh
happening and doing something with
libghc6-hunit-dev libghc6-cabal-dev hat-ghc6
(and possibly less obvious things that don't jump to mind immediately).
