Here are the versions of the mentioned packages - kdelibs4-dev - 3.4.2-3 - libfam-dev - 2.7.0-8 - atlantik-dev - 3.4.2-1 - libkiten-dev - 3.4.2-1 Please note that kdeedu module had the same problem yesterday (it wanted to remove kdelibs4-dev and some other -dev packages). I downloaded the source, recompiled and installed, so those last two packages recompiled here from the official source. I have not filed a bug against kdeedu.
