btw: The fetch-crl-boot script is IMHO ok, although one could think if people could get the same behaviour by using anacron (and therefore one could drop that script too.)
Is a locking mechanism actually needed? I mean to prevent problems between several concurrent invocations of fetch-crl? If so, on should think of adding this to fetch-crl itself and not to some initscripts. Looking forward to your opinion.
