Hi,

I may have done something wrong, but my problem is somewhat more important that a unused engine. OpenSSL simply crash on "openssl engine padlock":

# openssl engine padlock
3076155544:error:2506406A:DSO support routines:DLFCN_BIND_FUNC:could not bind to the requested symbol name:dso_dlfcn.c:285:symname(v_check): /usr/lib/openssl-1.0.0/engines/libpadlock.so: undefined symbol: v_check 3076155544:error:2506C06A:DSO support routines:DSO_bind_func:could not bind to the requested symbol name:dso_lib.c:294: 3076155544:error:260B6091:engine routines:DYNAMIC_LOAD:version incompatibility:eng_dyn.c:487: 3076155544:error:2606A074:engine routines:ENGINE_by_id:no such engine:eng_list.c:417:id=padlock

Moreover, every software linked to libssl and that explicitely used padlock simply stopped working, saying the same thing. I don't know what to check for, I've just made sure that correct modules are loaded:
# lsmod | grep pad
padlock_sha 12713 0
padlock_aes 12669 0
aes_generic 37066 1 padlock_aes

I am available for further tests, but I'd like to see padlock working again.

Regards,

Adrien
