Ah, that "recently" explains it. I've tracked the issue down (by grep-ing the entire system for libtasn1.la) to a (previously manually compiled & installed) libmicrohttpd.la file which was build on the system a while ago. I guess that's what happens when Debian doesn't even move libmicrohttpd 0.9.x from experimental to unstable after about a year or more... So thanks for your help and please close this bug.
