I know of extremetuxracer-gimp-dev containing some gimp stuff to create Tuxracer courses, and it is section games. The only difference I could imagine, would be that et-g-d is to extend exactly one game, while sludge-devkit seems to be to develop new games. Did I understood that correctly?
