The build target of msgpack-python modifies msgpack/_msgpack.c, but
clean target does not undo this change. E.g. when I built your package
twice in a row, I ended up with this autogenerated patch:
$ lsdiff debian/patches/debian-changes-0.1.9-1
msgpack-python-0.1.9/msgpack/_msgpack.c
The easiest way to fix this problem is to add msgpack/_msgpack.c to
debian/clean.
