Package: xfe Version: 1.32.1-4 Severity: Normal When I try to open a root window for Xfe (either by pressing Shift+F3 or by the tools menu), I am unable to do so.
Xfe fails to open a root window when configured to do it eihter with su or with sudo. I can start an Xfe window as root from a terminal using sudo (I have modified /etc/suoders to start graphical apps, just in case), but when I open Xfe as a regular user and try to open a root window, I get no results. An autentication promp pops up, I enter my password and then nothing happens. This abnormal behaviour also manifests itself in newer versions of Xfe.
