Perhaps you haven't installed the profiling libraries for

Use -v to see a list of the files searched for.
on x86 architectures; could you please add a build dependency on
libghc-http-prof, and check (with pbuilder or the like) whether any
others are missing? In particular, a close look at the build
dependencies suggests that you may also need to add
libghc-blaze-builder-prof.

(On non-x86 architectures, it has an unsatisfiable build dependency on
ghc-ghci, which you may wish to conditionalize on [any-i386 any-amd64]
or drop altogether.)
