We changed MARBLE_PLUGIN_PATH in libmarblewidget11 4.6.3-1 in order to avoid crashes like #605452 in the future. Digikam should install its marble plugins to /usr/lib/kde4/plugins/marble/$(libmarblewidget_soversion) rather than /usr/lib/kde4/plugins/marble or they won't be found.
