Hi, Obviously something went wrong during the compilation of the MEX files. As you can see in the log you reported, there is a log of this compilation step in /tmp (here /tmp/dynare-matlab-mexbuild-1307810418.xAD9dV4 in your case). Please post this log, it probably contains the explanation of your problem.
If this log has been deleted, you can regenerate it with "dpkg-reconfigure dynare-matlab".
