Since Google Chrome is - as you wrote - not in Debian, your report ended up being filed against the unknown package, which probably doesn't help neither you, nor Debian. I would suggest you reassign it to the xfce4-settings package, as that is in Debian, and it is part of the trouble. The XFCE maintainers can then decide what to do with the report.
