Hi,

On some of our servers, we periodically see "name_count maxed, losing inode 
data" messages
in the kernel log.

>From what I can tell from Google, they are probably harmless and caused by the
auditing subsystem.

I don't know if this patch has been accepted upstream.

Please consider applying this patch to the squeeze kernel.
