retitle 630934 ibutils: FTBFS: build-depends on obsolete swig1.3
thanks

Justification: FTBFS

The build dependency on swig1.3 makes the package fail to build from source. See
the attached build log for details. The interesting part is:

Installing build dependencies
Reading package lists...
Building dependency tree...
Reading state information...
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
sbuild-build-depends-ibutils-dummy : Depends: swig1.3 but it is not going to be
installed
E: Broken packages
apt-get failed.
Package installation failed

Kind regards,
