Package: iceweasel Version: 3.5.19-2 Followup-For: Bug #605037 My printer is an HP LaserJet 2200. Iceweasel honours all the print queue settings apart from Resolution when used with some drivers, where it always gives 300dpi.
The ppd produced by the CUPS+Gutenprint v6.2.6 has *Resolution 300dpi/300x300 DPI: "<</HWResolution[300 300]/cupsCompression 3>>setpagedevice" Change 300dpi to 301dpi or 300dp or 300x300dpi and the problem goes away; the print queue parameter is displayed in Iceweasel's printing dialogue. The ppd Foomatic/pixmono (en) driver has in its ppd *PrinterResolution 300x300dpi/300 DPI: "%% FoomaticRIPOptionSetting: PrinterResolution=300x300dpi" and there is no defaulting to 300dpi with it. This is an upstream bug I expect. It was not present in Lenny. It is in stable, testing and unstable. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmas...@lists.debian.org
