It appears that reportbug left my subject off when I submitted the report.
If anyone has the access to add a proper subject, it was submitted as something
like:
DNAT/REDIRECT generating wrong port number for ctorigdstport
Some more information on this bug.
The problem only occurs for rules that are taking traffic to one port and
directing
it to a different port (whether it be on the same host or on a remote host).
It does not occur for rules that DNAT traffic to another host on the same
destination port number.
