This doesn't occur anymore with doc-base >= 0.10.0, which switched from MLDB to YAML according to the changelog. However, I think there has to be a mechanism ensuring that partial upgrades from squeeze aren't affected. I think that needs to go in perl-base, which should declare a Breaks: doc-base (<< 0.10.0).
