Hi Stew,

Thanks for the above bug report.

FYI, few days ago, I started reviewing the debian/copyright to switch it
to DEP5 format, and spotted the PHP 2.02 issue. In fact, the PHP 2.01
license is suitable only for PHP itself, and for PHP PEAR packages, so
the files referenced above have to be removed completely from the
package. It's not an issue, the package doesn't need them, it was only
for the MacOS X port, which is not actively maintained. I am currently
in the process of releasing a new version which will have this fixed. So
this will be fixed in the next following days.
