Cant reproduce this, but the mentioned module is in the package python-xdg. Can you please check if this is installed? If not let me know if it helps to install it. I have to add it to the dependencies then. Can't remove the package here to test because this uninstalls lot of gnome stuff. So it would be strange if you don't have this package.
