Since version 0.14.3-1 has been installed, gajim fails to process
offline messages when roster is closed.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Ask a contact with an associated gpg key to send you a message
whenever you become offline

You mean receiving a gpg-encrypted message at the exact same time you go
offline?
It's just impossible to reproduce, and in the traceback I don't see it's
related to GPG.
No I mean send you a gpg-encrypted message after you become offline. What is
strange is that I can disconnect/reconnect as many times as I want and I will
always have the backtrace after connecting. Note that I can talk normally
after I close the backtrace.

Please let me know if you want me to test some things.

Hi,

I cannot reproduce. Your traceback is about chatstate, not receiving a normal message (encrypted or not)

Anyway I did a fix that should fix your traceback. Will be in 0.14.4
