My locale is de_DE, as you can see below. In additional I set G_FILENAME_ENCODING=@locale to fix gtk applications. So my locale and the locale of my filesystem is ISO-8859-1. But when I try to play a file with a valid latin1 character like german umlauts the file is not played. In any case (start the playback from commandline or start it via graphical frontend) the file is displayed correct but clementine tries to access the file to play using UTF-8 which is not correct.
