How does this bug affect support for large files?

Previous hybrid driver README files had a "COMMON ISSUES/QUESTIONS"
section, which included the following (taken from version 5.10.91.9.3):

Why aren't channels 12 & 13 supported? The driver only supports the
default locale setting wich is ROW (Rest Of World) which does not include
    channels 12 or 13.

This section was removed at version 5.60.48.36, its README states:

+ Additional channels in both 2.4 and 5 Ghz bands.

...with channels 12 and 13 being available for use.

With version 5.100.82.38, use of these channels is no longer possible.
Channels 1-11 are reported as available with my BCM4321-based device,
all 14 are available using the b43 driver.

If your wireless LAN device is supported by the b43 or brcmsmac drivers,
consider using these instead.

Experimental Broadcom N-PHY support in the b43 driver is enabled in
Debian kernel images since linux-2.6 2.6.38-2; downloading firmware for
the BCM4321 and BCM4322 (only PCI ID 14e4:432b currently) was added at
b43-fwcutter 1:014-5.
