This would introduce functionality I'd have to document, a couple of new
options, and so on and so forth. Not really looking forward to it.

Furthermore, dpatch.lib.sh doesn't even need to be changed, one can
simply use DPATCH_LIB_NO_DEFAULT and implement a
dpatch_patch/dpatch_unpatch function, that calls patch -p0.

One can also use debian/patches/00template to prepare such a header, and
dpatch-edit-patch will use it.

Then the only thing left is to tweak dpatch-edit-patch to generate the
appropriate diffs. I'll see how much work that would be, and perhaps
implement that in the next upload, if it can be done sanely. If it can't
be, I'll tag this bug wontfix.
