Package: transmission
Version: 2.03-2.2
Severity: normal

If I open a .torrent file when Transmission is closed, then Transmission opens
automatically and a download window pops up. Everything goes ok in this case.

But if Transmission is already running and I try to open a .torrent file, then
I receive an error message complaining that Transmission is already opened. In
this case, no download window pops up and I'm not able to add the new torrent
to the download list.

Same troubles I have found in Internet:
