Ah, I see. Maybe it has something to do with the incompatibility of
libdjvulibre1 and libdjvulibre15 (bug #327190)? The apt-get
dist-upgrade I ran thought it could install both at once, and keep
both djview which depends on libdjvulibre1 and other packages
depending on libdjvulibre15. I must say I'm confused here.

Is it worth investigating? It might take some time before libqt3-mt
goes into testing (it conflicts with many packages currently found
there), and in the mean time djview is broken. I don't suppose
there's a way you could upload some transitional package to deal with
the current havoc?
