Package: hgsvn Version: 0.1.8-1 Severity: important Hgsvn should not pass directories names to Mercurial, as it doesn't track directories. For example, when the directories are removed in Subversion, it's pointless to remove them from Mercurials --- they cease to exist after all the files from these directories are removed. But it you try to remove them anyway, it causes Mercurial to issue a warning and return 1 what causes the process to stop:
External program failed (return code 1): hg '--encoding' 'utf-8' 'remove' '-A' 'lib/arpa/inet.cyc' 'bin/genfiles/lib/sys' 'lib/sys/socket.cyc' 'bin/genfiles/lib/arpa' 'lib/netinet/in.cyc' 'bin/genfiles/lib/netinet' not removing bin/genfiles/lib/sys: file is untracked not removing bin/genfiles/lib/arpa: file is untracked not removing bin/genfiles/lib/netinet: file is untracked -- WBR, Andrew -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.38-1-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to en_GB.UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages hgsvn depends on: ii mercurial 1.6.4-1 scalable distributed version contr ii python 2.6.6-14 interactive high-level object-orie ii python-pkg-resources 0.6.14-4 Package Discovery and Resource Acc ii python-support 1.0.13 automated rebuilding support for P ii subversion 1.6.5dfsg-1 Advanced version control system hgsvn recommends no packages. hgsvn suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
