I have chosen to patch ncurses-config.in and omit the "-L" part from
"ncurses5-config --libs". I suspect this would work in similar cases as
well, that is for libraries which are installed directly under
/usr/lib/$(DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH) and not in a subdirectory.
