Package: mew-beta Version: 7.0.50~6.3.51+0.20110629-1 Severity: normal mew-ssl.el detects the version of /usr/bin/stunnel and sets the arguments it passes to stunnel appropriately. /usr/bin/stunnel is a symbolic link to /usr/bin/stunnel3 so the args are set to stunnel3 format. mewstunnel finds and uses /usr/bin/stunnel4 but the with the stunnel3 args provided by mew-ssl.el. This causes ssl connections to silently fail.
