Fortunately this issue won't cause problems for people who already had the full Twisted metapackage installed (e.g. because it was installed by the previous Tahoe package for 1.8.2), and are applying the security fix. However, since it's a regression relative to the packaging before the security fix, it should be corrected as a high priority.
