Additionally, on <http://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting#xcc>, the
following text should be clarified:

| Add a line like this to your message's mail header:

| X-Debbugs-CC: [email protected]

This should use ``mail header or pseudo-header'' (or similar).

Perhaps the whole ``Sending copies of bug reports to other addresses''
should be moved down into the ``Additional Pseudoheaders'' section?
