That bug log has a message: | seems to be fixed in 3.1.0-0.rc6.git0.0.fc16.x86_64 and I don't see any relevant patches in the Fedora tree at <http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/gitweb/?p=kernel.git;a=tree>.
