This means that the TUN/TAP interface is up and running just fine (with an IP address assigned and everything else). Based on this I think this bug can be closed. Feel free to do so yourself and open a new bug with the real problem you're having (i.e. you're disconnected in a few seconds). The OpenVPN server config, logs and some debugging are in order to find the cause of the problem.
