Hi there I am sorry if nearly we managed to bring Exchange down (one less to go, yay ;-)). To examine this further we would need some debug log to see when and how we were creating to many connections. You can create one by issueing "-d imap l-debug.log" (NOTE, this will contain your email credentials and possibly email content). If you can make this available to me (in private), I can have a look of what was happening.
