[ Sorry for the late reply ] Hmm, I thought multiarch was for library packages, which m4 is not. I'm reading the Debian wiki and it does not say a word about cases like this. Could you please elaborate on why m4 needs to be modified? (If possible, pointing to appropriate documentation).
