is the driver build as module in debian? could you please load the driver? # modprobe fat in fs/fat/file.c a compat ioctl for FAT_IOCTL_GET_ATTRIBUTES is available! so after loading the driver the message in the kernel log buffer should not occur anymore. kind regards thomas
