Isn't this the same issue as #629009 ?

Yeah my gcc-4.6 binaries were built with --with-arch-32=i586 too, yet
`objdump -d /usr/lib/gcc/i486-linux-gnu/4.6/* | grep cmove` thinks
otherwise.
