If you use a GnuPG-key with a (non-empty) passphrase, Release.gpg is not
created. But there is no error message. Everything seems to work ok.
Giving debarchiver /bin/sh as shell and running

su debarchiver -c "/usr/bin/debarchiver -ox --scanall"

tells about reading passphrase from file-descriptor and which key
is used (really everything looks fine), but Release.gpg does not exist
after running the debarchiver script. Using a GnuPG key with an empty
passphrase does work. Running the command on the commandline works too,
so the related commandline in cmdaction() in generateRelease() should be ok.

Regards, Daniel
