Chapter 7.1 of the squeeze installation guide contains the sentence "For direct on-line help you can try the IRC channels #debian or #debian-boot on the OFTC network." As the population of #debian-boot is obviously not prepared for end-user question, #debian-boot should be clearly flagged as an "experts only" channel, and end-users should be discouraged from joining there.
