Well, they revoked the licenses for a reason. They intend to shut the
service down and pass to a paid service. If we manage to fix the plugin
just to have it disabled again in the next future, it might not be worth
it. It might be worth changing provider though.

In any case, thanks for the patch, it might be at least a band-aid
solution for stable where changing provider isn't exactly possible
anyway.

For the rest, feel free to push that upstream (I won't do that, it's
your license).
