Package: gconf2 Version: 3.2.3-1 Severity: grave After the gconf2 upgrade, I get the following error when I run Emacs:
GConf Error: Configuration server couldn't be contacted: D-BUS error: Method "GetDefaultDatabase" with signature "" on interface "org.gnome.GConf.Server" doesn't exist There doesn't seem to be any serious problem with Emacs, though. Ditto with Liferea, but this is more serious, as the configuration is not read. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.39-2-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=POSIX, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages gconf2 depends on: ii dbus-x11 1.4.16-1 ii gconf2-common 3.2.3-1 ii libc6 2.13-21 ii libgconf2-4 3.2.3-1 ii libglib2.0-0 2.28.8-1 ii libxml2 2.7.8.dfsg-5 ii psmisc 22.14-1 ii python 2.7.2-9 Versions of packages gconf2 recommends: ii libgtk-3-0 3.0.12-2 Versions of packages gconf2 suggests: ii gconf-defaults-service 3.2.3-1 -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
