Debian doesn't include license information in the package information
that it provides, so apt and aptitude cannot include this metadata.
This is probably because many packages contain a mix of different
licenses or licenses without a well-defined short name and it is simply
impossible to include such information in the package metadata. Also,
it would probably fall out of sync with the copyright file, which must
be included in every package anyway.

If you really want this nevertheless, please reassign this bug to
ftp.debian.org, since it is not implementable in apt or aptitude.
