Dear Maintainer,

In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:

Only require libtcmalloc-minimal0 on [i386 amd64 powerpc] since those
are the only architectures it is built for.  The configure script is
intelligent enough to continue in its absence.
