Package: gnome-terminal Version: 3.0.1-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
I run Gnome Terminal inside LXDE in Squeeze, and it works beautifully. However, in Wheezy, the widget theme is not correctly applied. The impact of this is that tabs are not correctly themed, meaning that it's very difficult to identify which tab is active in most themes. For instance, on Squeeze I can use ClearLooks and the active tab has a bar across the top, clearly indicating that it's active. I believe the issue is with Gnome Terminal specifically, because other VTE-based terminals don't exhibit this behavious in Wheezy - Sakura, xfce4-terminal, and lxterminal all correctly make use of the chosen widget theme. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.0.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages gnome-terminal depends on: ii gnome-terminal-data 3.0.1-1 ii gsettings-desktop-schemas 3.0.1-1 ii libatk1.0-0 2.2.0-2 ii libc6 2.13-21 ii libgconf2-4 2.32.4-1 ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 2.24.0-1 ii libglib2.0-0 2.28.8-1 ii libgtk-3-0 3.0.12-2 ii libice6 2:1.0.7-2 ii libpango1.0-0 1.29.4-2 ii libsm6 2:1.2.0-2 ii libvte-2.90-9 1:0.28.2-1 ii libx11-6 2:1.4.4-2 Versions of packages gnome-terminal recommends: ii gvfs 1.8.2-2 ii yelp 3.2.1+dfsg-1+b1 gnome-terminal suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
