None of these is real harm but...

Its of zero use since it is not installable.

It wastes a small amount of archive space.

Its annoying to those who are pinning to experimental for the purposes
of testing new experimental software (probably only me).

It brings false hope to those who might be experiencing a driver issue
and try to install it hoping it might solve their issue.

There is also no harm in removing it.
